Meet Nicole Packin, Founder of Healthy Hounds Fitness Club

Raising the Standard of Dog Walking in Boulder

Nicole Packin, Founder & Head Coach, UW-AAB, SAMP, CFFP, CPPS

Before dedicating her career to canine health and performance, Nicole Packin worked in television development in Hollywood, collaborating with writers and creative teams at Spelling Television, William Morris Endeavor (formerly William Morris Agency), and Jerry Bruckheimer Television.

In an environment where structure, clarity, and execution determined success, she developed a disciplined approach to leadership, systems, and performance standards.

Healthy Hounds Fitness Club was built to raise the standard of dog walking in Boulder and Colorado’s Front Range.

Nicole brings more than 20 years of hands-on canine experience, behavioral education, and business leadership to Westminster, Boulder, and the surrounding communities.

After building and successfully exiting two premium pet care companies, she launched Healthy Hounds Fitness Club with one mission:

Prepare dogs for Colorado life through consistent weekday conditioning.

This is not casual dog walking.

It is structured, fitness-based canine care.

The Healthy Hounds Philosophy: Conditioning Before Adventure

In active communities like Boulder, Westminster, and Broomfield, many dogs are expected to perform on weekends without the structured weekday conditioning that protects their joints, muscles, and long-term mobility. Over time, the pattern is predictable:

• Overuse soreness
• Poor leash structure
• Mental overstimulation
• Preventable mobility decline
• Early-week exhaustion that leaves dogs sedentary for days

Healthy Hounds was built on a simple belief: Weekend adventures require preparation.

We deliver structured dog walking and canine fitness programs designed to build:

• Cardiovascular endurance
• Stabilizing muscle strength
• Joint support
• Behavioral regulation
• Calm, structured, no-pull leash walking

Because longevity isn’t accidental. It’s trained.

Our Standard

Healthy Hounds Fitness Club operates on clearly defined training and service standards developed by Nicole and implemented by a carefully trained team of Coaches.

While Nicole leads programming and education, every Coach delivers services through structured protocols designed to ensure consistency, safety, and professionalism across Boulder, Westminster, and the surrounding Front Range communities.

Because longevity requires systems — not guesswork.
